Ok, I have 4 different customers complaining about the same issue. A voicemail is left, they occasionally don't get any indications that it was left, they even said that they checked their messages and had none, then suddenly, a message appears that was from 5 days before. I believe that all are running 11.0.4.2. I don't want to upgrade to 11.0.4.3 due to issues I am having on it. I can't seem to find any recent complaints of this online. Anyone else hearing of this? It is happening often for each customer. Some are on an SCN others are not. Thanks!

I run that release on lots of systems. Our company upgrades to 11.0.4.2 for 3 months now and no customer complained "yet"

I think the only way to find this is to use debug and run it and see what the system does.
You can also look at the time stamp of the message and see when it was created.

Were these sites recently upgraded?

A few weeks ago we upgraded a customer's IP500V2 from R9.0 to R11.0.2 as well as the corresponding VoiceMail Pro. Some users with legacy passwords (4 digits) and/or legacy extension logins (also 4 digits) weren't getting voicemail until we changed their logins and passwords to 6 or 7 digits. We then had the users login to voicemail with their new credentials to check their greetings. New messages beginning with those from the date of the upgrade then appeared immediately.

Interesting. I may have reduced the logins to require only 4 digits at these sites. I will have to confirm. I can have the ones complaining the most change their password to 6 digits. I can't image why that would be related, but hey, strangers things have occurred. Thanks for the idea.

Nope, user was a 6 digit password already. Anything else?
