VMPro conference disconnects

8.1.9 VMPro
Doesn't happen all the time but the customer has a couple of internal users on a internal conference call setup through VMPro
but when a external caller connects to the conference, after a couple of minutes the external call gets disconnected.

Anyone out there heard of this or have experienced this issue.

There could be lot's of stuff going on here. The best thing to do would be to run a monitor trace and debug view and replicate the issue.

I would start looking in Monitor to see who and why it is dropped.

So is it the IPO or Service Provider who drops the call?

The tough part is he stated it doesn't happen all the time

Janni78, that part I don't know yet, but I did find out even if they keep calling back in the external caller gets dropped
