Looking to use the complete sequence option on a VMPro module Start Point. Have it ticked and set to 5 seconds, then routes to a Assisted Transfer with all 3 options (Next, No Answer and Busy) pointing to email to send on a notification to an email address of a missed call - email next then goes on to a disconnect. If left for until the no answer, call disconnects automatically and the email comes through fine. If caller hangs up before no answer time (point of the complete sequence) nothing happens.

System is V10 - literally tried everything to get this working, included restarting services each time a change is made just in case - just cant get the email to come through.

Any ideas would be very much appreciated.

Have you tried setting the timeout hisgher?

Also trace with vmdebug to see what is actually happening, or if it's an SE you can download the log from the server.

set the timeout higher/lower in the middle :)

I've got a trace from it to look over, but just doesn't seem to work at all.

tried it on 2 systems so far V10 and V10.1 but both the same, unless I'm missing something really obvious.
