Have an issue with one system. IP Office Server Edition Select (Partner Hosted on VMWare) 11.0.0.2.0 Build 23.
When logging in with the VMPro Client, it will download and save the callflow, but it shows <noname> 0.0.0.0 (See screenshot). We are unable to see or add groups (for queued and still queued messages).
Any ideas as to what may be happening? And what we can try? Have tried a reboot of the server and moved it to a different VMWare cluster to no avail.
