Hello,
For the secund time I have a customer with Voicemail Pro 4.2 that will not connect from my voicemailpro client.
I get the message that the client is not compatible with voicemail pro. I tried all versions but still the same message. But I am sure I have the right client. The only solution I found is to reinstall voicemail pro. And then I have to program it all new. I can't import the old callflow.
Anyone with a better solution?
Thanks.

Remote desktop is used!
Deinstall and pray you have an good recent backup.

Indeed, you have busted it with remote desktop connections as tlpeter says, do not use it anymore or it will happen again, use VNC or similiar :)

you should be OK if you use the -console switch then when making changes hit save / make live (ensuring no VM Ports are in use) then CLOSING the VM Pro console BEFORE closing your RDP session.

Also watch out when using the VMPro client from 6.0 (5.0.23 trail partners only) Done it accidentally on our test server.
