VMPro and Transfer Over SIP Trunk

Hello ...

I've Configure a SIP trunk between Avaya IPO and Cisco Call Manager, Now the Customer need to transfer from VMPro to Extn. on Cisco Call Manaer, is this acceptable ??? or is there a work around way to satisfy this ?

You can transfer from vmpro.
As long as the extension's can be dialed from the IPO then vmpro can do it too.

I try it, but its not working.
Just in the destenation put the Extn. number or there is an additional programming.
 
Have you checked that desk to desk dialling is working between the two systems? :)

 
Do you have a SIP URI programmed in the system for voicemail?
You need to set this in the IPOffice.

whats must I fill in this field,
SIP Name, SIP Display Name (Alias), Contact.
Is this field for Cisco Extn thats I'm already programmed in Destination tab of the transfer on VMOro
