Hello Avaya community,

HISTORY:
I installed an IPOFFICE 406v2 3.2 (57)a few months back with a few problems but eventually got everything working.
I have a VMPro 4.15 server running WinXP Pro which is a client on my SBS2003 domain.
Everything was working fine accept we had some server problems and I had to disjoin and rejoin the VMpro box several times to two diff domains, since then we have rebuilt our SBS2003 server and entire network, which is all fine now.
I tried yet again to configure the VMPro to email the VM WAV files to my Exchange users and I had done in the past boucing between domains.
This time still no emails. I thought it would be a good idea to reboot the IPOFFICE and so did so but not from the VMPro but from my laptop which I had not used on the IPOFFICe in a while. I dont know if it was my goof or not but somehow the IPOFFICE rebooted with a blank cfg file. Since I had not done a backup for several changes I had to use a last known good cfg file. But now the AA will not ring extensions before calls go to VM. They just go directly to the VMailbox of the user.

PROBLEM:
I am deliberating re-installing the VMPro box and just restoring the modules and greetings, however my concern is the IPOFFICE and the binary files and cfg files.
They are a mess and Im not sure which files are good or screwed up. What will happen if I do a clean install of IPOFFICE Manager and VMPro on a new box? Can I download the cfg file thats on my IPOFFICE now and start from there?
Im affraid if it ever reboots again it will pull the wrong cfg files again...

HELP!!!

Is there a .cft on the VMPRO PC?

c:/Program Files/Avaya/IP Office/Manager/?name?.cfg

if so use that.
