VMPro and Dial By Name not working right 1

I have an IP406 (3.2.(55)) running along VMPro (whatever the latest is). Within my AA I have a dial by name object, and can get it to work on only one name on my system.
It's VERY odd.

No other names seem to want to work. I've tried first and last, and only this one stinking name works.

I have the users setup with name: Joe B, and full name Joe Bob. I can type in Joe, and it works, but if I have a Sue M, in the exact same format, it dosen't work.

Any ideas?

On the IPO the dial by name willnot work untill the mailbox has a name and password. I have run into this when i first started and took me hours chasing my tail. Not sure this is your issue but worth a look at.

You are a genius! That is so rediculous, but it makes sense when you think about how the dial by name works. The one use (Joe B) was the only user who had setup their name and password to test with. Gosh...I must have messed with that thing for 2 hours, haha. THANK YOU!
