I have an Avaya IPO 500v2 with voicemail Pro and it states in system status that it fails to connect due to incorrect password. I try to log into VMpro with the client and it will not let me. The IT person on site made his own account to log in and when I log into that account I can see that the Voicemail Pro Administrators folder is missing. The problem is with the IT's account, they have no access to add users or even pull a backup. Does anyone know another account "backdoor" to get into the system or would I need to remove the voicemail pro from the server and reinstall? Not sure what to do on this one, never happened before.
