Hi all,

I posted this previously and it is now causing major issues. Basically whats happening is that when i create a new IVR/Call Flow Module in VMPRO 4.1.27 and save/Make live the changes just aren't applied and the caller gets a dead line ....

I tried to start/stop the VM DB Service and Main VMPRO Service and by doing so I did manage ONCE to get changes to be applied. Now i simply cant again. How can i apply those changes to the DB? Please help!!

Thanks,

What part of the programming are you changing?

Dead air usually points to invalid programming to be fair.
Also if you have busy call flows then the change will not apply until that call flow is idle.

ACA - IPOffice implement
ACA - IP Telephony
CCNA - Passed at last

There is a new version of VM Pro 4.1.42 and i think the problem has been sorted in that release

Thanks guys, there was a programming issue indeed, in my Test Condition! Also will upgrade to latest release over the weekend.

thanks again,

I've also seen this happen when the Voicemail Pro license has gone invalid but the additional 4-ports license stay valid in 4.1.27
