VMPro 3.2 on Windows 7

Customer wants to move the VMPro 3.2 with parralel Dongle from windows XP to Windows 7.
Will this work, anybody did this before?
Is ip office 403 with 3.2 software.

No it won't work, only Windows XPSP3 at max.
As a alternative you could use VMPro R6 but the license server software doesn't work on Win7.
