When i log in to my Voicemail Pro Server and i try to select the Administration->Preferences->General option in order to change the Voicemail Pro mode from Intuity to IP Office i get the following error : "Access Violation at address 40005DA5 in module "VCL50.BPL".Read of Address 00000000."
However,Voicemail Pro works fine in Intuity mode, but i cannot change mode or fax system number etc.
Can you please help me?Thank you.

On the computer you are using now, are you logged in as the same user you used to install the software?

Yes,i have the same domain account which is local administrator on the pc with Voicemail.I also have made an exception of Voicemail Pro DB Service,Pro Service,Pro Client in Windows Firewall and in Data Execution Prevention.

What OS are you on? Did you try to re-install VM Pro? Do you use anti virus software on the PC?

did you stop the services before trying to chnage modes. i have never changed modes before, but think it may be required.

i have installed voicemail pro on a windows xp sp2 machine.I also installed it on a windows server and it worked just fine.I believe it has to do with dcom settings but i don't know how to fix it.
I use zone alarm security suite but i also use it on the windows server where vmpro played well,so it is not zone alarm.

Note that if i stop the services, then the option for voicemail mode is grayed out.

EAccess Violations! I got this :)

On the 2003 Server - Here is the fix

My Computer > Properties
Advanced Tab > Performance/Settings
Data Execution Prevention Tab

DEP is turned on by default with a blank exception list. Click the other choice to build an exception list.

Click Add...
Locate your copy of Manager.exe or CallStatus.exe

Mine was in C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Manager\Manager.exe

Do the same for others you are having issues with

Click Apply > OK > OK

You should now be able to execute the Call Status monitor and run it like you used to.

thephonemn, sorry but i already have done this but it didn't work,as i wrote in my previous reply. Moreover,it is not an Eaccess violation but an access violation in a module that has to do with the dcom settings but i don't know what,i'm searching....
