hello,
i would like to setup a module where the caller hears a greeting and is then transferred to the mailbox of the user that forwards the call to the mailbox. how can i do this?
 
so you want someone to call in, go straight to a prompt, after hearing a prompt it automatically gets transfered to a mailbox. now what about it going to a mailbox that forwarded it?
 
yes, the customer has 2030 dt sets and is using the visual voice. they don´t want to work with *17. they need to have holiday attendant and then to the mailbox and a callflow by busy in a menu with the decission to go to the attendant or into the mailbox. i think i will tell them to divert to the holiday flow and divert bbusy in the busy flow. so my question is, is there a variable to sets, which recognize which user has forwarded the call? So i can setup one holiday callflaw, or do i have to set up a flow for every user.
 
when the caller transfers to the AA, if you did it as an asissted transfer

$CLI would be the internal ext number wouldnt it?

You need to find a way to hold that and use it later in the transfer.

Maybe write it to a db or something.

just thinking out aloud whilst doing other things, it may help, it may not.
