The long awaited VMPro 2.1.14GA patch is now available for download. Enjoy~

Voicemail Pro 2.1.14 is supplied as a single executable file. To install it, all Voicemail Pro services must be stopped. Navigate to the folder where Voicemail Pro is installed, usually:

%SystemDrive%\program files\avaya\ip office\voicemail pro\vm

Rename the existing vmprov5svrc.exe (e.g. vmprov5svrc.old)

Extract the vmpro5svrc.exe contained in the .zip file to the location above, and start the Voicemail Pro Service(s)

The release notes say it is for V2.1.6 &nd up, so it may not work if you are still on V2.1.5
