Upgraded from 1.4 to 2.0. Now our VMPro server is not forwarding the messages to the clients Outlook mailbox. I confirmed in the Exchange Manager that the account is logging on, and that the Voicemail e-mail account is incrementing everytime I leave a test mail. I read that the VMPro doesn't use MAPI now, but rather SMTP. What could be the problem.

Check in Control panel on you voice mail server (there is now a VM Pro icon) you may be running some additional security for the SMTP connection this can be configured here.
We have done a number of version 2 VM pro installs and the new SMTP connection is a lot easier to configure than the MAPI.
