Hi,

when listening to a call left in the voicebox, the calling number is not announced in full length,
i think the first 9 digits are missing (when the caller was external)

for example the caller number is 0012345678912 the announcement is "the caller was 8912"

Has anyone noticed this

greetings and merry christmas to all

Those may be the only digits passed through by the line provider - what type of line? and which variable are you playing?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

It's not a Provider Problem..

Line tested ISDN (PMX) and SIP Trunk

a call from external to a user with VM=ON
the called user dials *17 and listen to the leaved message, at the end there is an announcement date, time and the callers number
the callers number announcement isn't complete

greets

Okay (all stuff you left out of your original explanation, so we were having to guess what might be happening :)
