I've got a error called VMM(01), i don't know what it is and how i can solve this, please help me!

VMM(01) stands for Virtual Memory Manager, and it comes into play when you are short of RAM and the OS uses the HD as virtual memory. One solution is to add RAM so the VMM runs less often. It is hard to say why you are getting the error - could be you have insufficient RAM, you may be getting RAM errors (might be worth while to run a good memory test), you may not have sized your HD cache and tmp folders large enough or you could just be running low on drive space.
I have also seen this error where the wrong speed RAM has been installed in a memory upgrade.
Hope this helps.
