hi Everyone,

I'm setting up a Auto Att using the onboard VMIB via the CCR tables.
[ul]Incoming DDI is directed to CCR1 where the caller hears the list of options "Press 1 for this Press 2 for that".
If the caller Presses 1 it then plays CCR2
Okay so far
What I want to happen is the caller listen to CCR2 and then be automatically sent on to a Sta/Ext number without any input from the caller.
In the CCR Table programming as well as options for digits pressed, there is options for Busy, Error/Time Out & No Answer destinations. Could these be of use?

Regards
Mark [/ul]

Hi Mark. why not send digit 1 to a hunt group with message then overflow to the extn required.

Alright Pommie Kev,
Yeah I did something like that on site today and it worked quite well.
I recorded the 2nd CCR message and in the group attributes wound the Vmib timer down to 0, set the Group Vmib message 1 to use ccr message 2. This group is set as a Ring Group and the two extensions to ring are members of that group.
Works really well!
Option 1 of the first CCR/AA menu plays CCR/AA message 2, then transfers to the two extensions.
Thanks
Mark
