VMenable tool disabling Call Me, Find Me, MWI

Has anyone experience this before and can help out with a resolve?

When I run the vmenable tool my users "Find Me" "Call Me" and "MWI" are being disabled on the "User Option" tab in Active Directory. I am using the /ip /id parameters and their settings are being saved. The main problem is if I use this tool to make bulk changes or to enable users I have to go back and touch them one by one to turn on their MWI, Find Me and Call Me.
