vMCD ova file

I was reading in Internet that Mitel released a virtual PBX that runs in Vmware.
I have been looking like a crazy for the OVA file in order to deploy it, but I don't know where I can find it.
Could you please tell me How can I get the OVA file?

You need to purchase the licensing. It won't run without it.

You cant access the download unless you are authorized on Mitel's website.

Authorized people are restricted from sharing without breaking Mitel's policies.

That has be discontinued a while ago.
