vMCD 6.0 SP1 with SIP Trunking via Level3

Trying to get an extension to use a Toll Free as CPN thru form, but get fast busy. Level3 SIP providers states its due to fact that in order to get a non-native CPN out from my system I will need a diversion header that contains a native CPN for authentication and then I can send anything I please out. Does anyone know where in the SIP Profile I set this up?

From RTM I can see some things that make sense under the SIP Peer Profile - Signaling and Header Manipulation tab, but not clear if its "Use P-Asserted Identity for Header, etc.

What version of MCD are you using?

Have you modified the Billing Number associated with the DN to see if that changes the behavior of TF calls?
