Hi:

I have a Vmas, and I want get a backup of the Vmas database, to make an upgrade and not have to set it up from scratch.
I only see a backup from the admin screen, but is too small in my opinion to have the recordings greetengs etc ....
what would be the correct backup to do a restore to a new version without losing data.

A backup without VM messages is about 2-5Mb

With VM for <50 Users a typical Backup is around 25MB

What it the size of your backup?

Hi:

My backup is only 300kb

ok, this backup was made from web browser server manager, backup, this file is a semeserver.

There is 3 way for backup:

1- Console menu, backup

2- web browser server manager, backup

3-web browser schedule backup

Which of these 3 way is the database backup to restore a new release?
