vmail to email with gmail quit working

I have been using local IIS to send voicemails to email through a gmail account successfully for a year. I am using the setup featured here

it quit on me and I cant for the life of me figure out why. I am thinking gmail has chaged something. Anybody else have issues with gmail? are you using gmail successfully and can we compare notes?

I use this all the time and have not had issues recently. I would do three things.

1. Enable Logging on the IIS SMTP server to see if it reveals anything.

2. Log into gmail with the account you are using, maybe the password changed.

3. After a year of sending voicemails, maybe the mailbox is FULL and will not let you send anything more because it cannot save it. Delete old email and set up a task that will delete things automatically.
