Phone system: NEC 8500
VM System: UM4730
Phone Set: DT730
If I try to retrieve VM after the light has illuminated on my phone, I get the following message:
"I'm sorry I can't talk right now. Please call back."
If I wait long enough (approx. 2 minutes) I can finally get into the VM box w/no problem.
The system has 16 ports and all open.
I have other users that experience the same issue.
Any thoughts?
