Hi,
Can somebody tell me how to assigned a PRI DID number to be answeared by automated attendant after 4 rings, i really appreciate your help.

The answer is simple, assign the extension to group coverage and assign the m/b as an auto-attd in the VM. Yet, somehow I don't think it's just that easy, what application are you looking for??

what do you mean for application, sorry .....i'm new in this kind of work

jinxs is wanting to know what you are trying to accomplish.....

The system that i'm working right now is merlin legend with PRI DID. I need the main DID (0101)to ring the operator first, and after four rings ......the automated attendant will answer.

The other thing that i need to program is the night button,
after office hours they need the automated attendant to answer the main DID line right away.

What I have done is assign either a phantom extension or T/R extension coverage to the VM and assign it the DID number. Then I would foward the extension to the main operator (feature 33 {extension}). That way your operator could answer multiple phone calls. Or, the other route is assign a primary coverage button to the main console of the t/r extension.
