Vmail Pro Password Resetting

Hi,

Anyone with any insite on the following error:

System: IP Office / Vmail Pro 1.4
Issue: 2 Users Mailboxs Password will reset daily to default.

There is no default P/W apart from 0000 on the DT phones, what is P/W set to and what does it default too.
 
I would recreate the 2 mail boxes, and restart VM Pro. There is no default Password on VM Boxes.
Is the V configured correctly for the user under source number? Gets you around having to enter a access code.
Is this when they are retriving Mail Remotly or from another extension that is not trusted ??

The users change the passwords to a personal code however once it resets it defaults to 1234. I have tried a rebuild on the box, removing the password, and setting the password from within the manager application. However I have not rebooted the vm server yet.
 
I mean by re-creating the mail box, go to
C:\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\Accounts
Delete the account in question and then reboot the Voicemail Service.
