VMail PRO 7.0.17 AA tranfer issue

New install of IPO 7.0 and VMail pro 7.0 created a new menu tree and want the digit 3 as a trhu dial as my extensions are 3xx. I have everything programed correctly but as soon as I hit 3 the system says tranfering call and hangs up.

So, is 3 an option off your attendant? If so, you do not have everything programmed correctly. It needs to be 3??.

I did program 3?? in the menu tree and connected that to a transfer with $KEY for destination. I also tried it without connecting to tranfer. I noticed that my MENU tree does not have the option On the Touch Tones tab the "Wait for a key press" in seconds.4 seconds for example is this normal?

If you are going to have 3 as a single selector code, AND have extensions in the 300's, you make 3 go to another menu, a timeout of 2-3 seconds to the selector code destination, and a ?? to gather the other two digits, and then transfer to 2$KEY
