Vmail box password resetting Daily

Has anyone had a problem with users vmail passwords resetting daily on a remote SCN Small Office Edition. Its centralized voicemail back to a ip406, but having the problem on remote SOE location. Running 3.2.17 at both sites. We tried to upgrade to 3.2.54 but the single SOE wouldnt take the upgrade so had to take them back down to 2.1.17. I cant seem to capture a trace of the problem. I had this at another site but never found a resolution. Any Ideas?

I have had this on a few sites and the upgrade was the fix. it was a bug.

I didnt personally try to upgrade it but another tech within our organization tried. It kept failing on the actual upgrade and i think it would go red and keep recycling. I guess I will try to upgrade it again. Anyone else know why the password resets? Thanks in advance!

the password resets because it is a bug in 3.2.17

try this,
use the curent manager software on the soe. upgrade to the same release it is now, all units. Then load the new manager, and try to upgrade to the newer release again. It worked for me once.

I have had issues on my SOE with upgrades and have gone back down to 3.1.65 then up and it is fine now.

OK, thanks for the advice. Ill give a couple of these ideas a shot.
