i have a ipo 401 with 3.1.56 and it cant connect to my Voicemail. Its going thru a voip line to my california office where the voicemail server is at. Im able to call extensions their. But i keep getting that i have no voicemail. I do have the voicemail type checked to the line it should go to.

If you dial *17 do you hear the voicemail prompts? Are the two PBXs connected in an SCN?
 
Actually i was getting the "Disconnected" prompt on the display. I firgured out the problem. It was the ip route on one of the PBX's was set wrong. Everything is ok now. Thanks for help.
