New problem - whenever anyone logs into thier mailbox to check for messages, a prompt comes up that says "press 1 to leave a message for mailbox 200" You then have to press * (or possibly any key other than 1 to go to the normal mailbox prompts (press 4, press 5 etc..) I cannot find a setting to cancel this from mailbox 200. No broadcast groups set up. Any Ideas? 3/4/2021
- turns out its not every mailbox but a lot of random boxes.
