I am trying to use the vmrun command line to programatically (via a .bat file) shut down VM Workstation but it's not working. I'm not getting any error messages, just nothing happens. However, I can start VM Workstation using the -T ws start command with no issues. VM Workstation is running on a Windows 2008 R2 server. The .bat file is running as administrator. I've got other machines with the exact same configuration and the shutdown is working fine. Has anyone ever run across this before and how did you resolve it?
