VM won't answer after transfer on NEC2400

My problem is that if you call from outside and Station A answers and transfers to Station B it will not go to Voice Mail. If you call Station B direct it will go to Voice Mail ok. I have tried this on 2 different NEC 2400 systems and it does the same thing.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Your problem may be an ASYD bit that affects the maximum number of forwards in the system. The max is 5.

Check SYS 1 INDEX 5 BITS 1,2, AND 3 AND SET IT FOR THE MAX OF FIVE TIMES.

I found the problem - under Blind Transfer

ASYD - System 1, Index 69, Bit 0
and
ASFC
SFI 103 - 0 uses Index 140 for the timer
and 1 uses Index 247 for the timer
SFI 104 - 0/1 - Teh transfer destination station is continuously rung/C.F. Don't Answer is executed if it is set at the transfer destination station.
