VM to Email

Hi
Recently implemented a secondary SE for a customer and set up the SMTP VM synch which is working fine.
The SMTP server for the VM to Email (customer's Exchange) shunted down to second in the list of SMTP senders as per docs.

Now the customer get no VM to email.
If I swap the server over in the list, VM to email works fine, but of course all the VM Synch emails also get sent to exchange.
Also the whole backlog of VM to emails suddenly get sent/arrive.

Have changed back to having the secondary top of the list and VM Synch is working again but no VM to email. In the logs I cannot even see it trying to contact the Exchange server when a VM is left.

System on 11.0.4

Any ideas?

I didn’t have any problems but you need to put it in both primary and secondary servers

It seems to be working but only if I explicity enter the domain to which I want to send emails.
e.g.

1. Entry one for VM Synch
2. abc.co.uk
3. xyz.com

etc etc.

The customer has about 20 domains, so I have to add them all in?
