We have an issue on a site that has been recently upgraded to Release 8 UR5, since the upgrade it appears that when they get a voicemail to email that the number that left the voicemail no longer appears in the message body.

We have checked this on our Release 9 and it appears to be ok.

Anyone else experienced this??? Examples below

Ensure you have the approperiate CallerID and internal display options enabled in your VM's class of service. I would go into your help section on the 3300 and research setting up the embedded voicemail. Granted it is already setup, but there is a good check list of items. Just go through that check list and ensure all the correct options are enabled - it sounds like during the upgrade something in your VM's COS got reverted.
