I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but if you run Agent Dashboard from XIMA it creates a major issue on reporting.
Hunt Group A has overflow to Hunt Group B, if you call Hunt Group A, the call Queues for 2 min then goes to VM. When the VM to Email is sent the Subject line shows Hunt Group Bs name. I have tried Email Action, and every work around I can think of, but it just doesn't work. I could send the leave mail in the hunt group to another mailbox with a different email, but the subject line would show that name and not Hunt Group A which does me no good for the Xima.
