VM to email problem 1

Just upgraded to a client with a v1 at R5.0 to v2 and R9.1.12. They had and still have VMPro. All is working except for VM to email. It was working before the upgrade. Ran the vm debug and get an error saying "invalid Pointer" (80004003) Not sure what that means. There is a domain firewall ON and from what I can see they have ALLOWED vmpro services.

Any ideas?
 
Did you verify the settings are proper in vmpro? In older releases it erased smtp settings when upgrading.
 
I figured it out. I had to un-check the box for MAPI in the email tab. As soon as I did that the next test went through.
