I am trying to troubleshoot an VM to email issue that I wanted to ask for some help on.
System is IP500 V2. 11.0 SP1 VM Pro using VM to email with Office 365
I started to notice the following errors from VM
SMTP - unexpected data received. An unexpected BDAT response was received.,ipoSmtpUnsuportedData,1,MAJ[/highlight]

I ran a Monitor trace and this is what I see. if I need to post whole trace I can attach as a file but, see if this works.

06/06 10:19:29.172 vmprov5s (09,5) 82c8,4dd8: =================================================================

From what I can see it looks to be a size or SSL issue but not sure.

Any insite would be helpful.

Turn on SMTP logging in voicemail pro. The system will generate a telnet report that is easier to read than the monitor trace.
Most trouble I've seen with v-email with VMpro is due to SSL / TLS.
IMO, your best bet is to have the IT people setup a server relay instead of connecting direct to O365.

I meant that was a VM Debugger trace not Monitor. Thank you for reply.
