VM question and training question

I have 2 quick questions:

First, I have a customer that has an 8x24 with an old Startalk VM. I have been slowly replacing there old M series phones with T series phones with no problem, until now. I have one phone that was just installed with VM. The problem is the VM part. The phone doesn't recognize Feature 980-6. The screen goes blank and then returns to the time. We can check his VM from another phone, so I'm baffled. Any thoughts?

Second, Anybody know of any good training classes or coarses where I can get Nortel training (maybe on the Callpilot, VOIP, or M-1)?

Nortel has some online and CD courses you can buy. You can even go to one of there certified training centers.
