When an incoming call route routes a number into a group in the system, then you have a vMpro startpoint for this group, regardless of the call flows configured, at the end of the call flow messages will only be left in the groups mail box, evan if you specify a different leave mail point, Any way around this while still bringing the call in thru the group

Use the LISTEN Action on the group leave start point rather than Leave Mail, you can direct the VM to end up in any mail box you wish.

I have been using a group entyr point to leave a msg in a users mailbox fo about 6 months with no preoblem, what softwere versions are you using?, are you specifying Groupe Name Or Number in the get mail action?
