I have a customer with vm pro. The the vmpro keeps stopping for no reason. If you resart the service it will start running again. Any one have a idea?

What release of VMPRO is it and what is it running on. I used to have this issue and fixed it by putting $ in every menu and looping it back to the begining of the menu.

are your licenses valid ?
if not then vmpro will stop after 2 hours

What this means go into the IP office under system and make sure the specific IP address your computer the pro is working
on is in there.

under the properties for the vmpro service you can set it to local account ( which i recomend) and what to do if the vmail service stops like start again or reboot the pc. you can look at the event viewer to see why it is stopping. USB modems can cause issues and freeze the pc and thus stop the vmail service
