Anyone had problem with VM PRO autoattendant not dropping call properly. We have a situation where if a call comes in and they put phone down without choosing an option. VMPRO wont drop the call!!

good guess lol, will change to ISDN cure this. This is whayt I have recommended

you can change the disconnect timers in the trunk settings, lower the milliseconds and try again, but really if you persuade them, tell them it doesn't work and go isdn

Ensure that you have disconnect supervision provded on the lines... Some line providers don't provide this by default
