Have a IP Office 9.1 and VM Pro 9.1
All user VM functions works fine.
I set up a start point named CVMA under module with the call flow and set up a short code in manager to direct to that point.
The call logs show connected to Mailbox CVMA
Any start point that I set up does not access the wav file that is associated with it.

I get the standard greeting, please enter ext and # key.

Thanks

What is the shortcode and action that you used,

Did you Save and Make Live the call flow

try eg:
*98
Voicemail collect
" name of module

This is exactly what I did:

*98
Voicemail collect
"CVMA

Can you post a pic of the VM callflow?

Vmpro not system status.

Some songs are very, very long. This one isn't.

CVMA1 is in the short code

you earlier post shows CVMA but needs to be CVMA1 from what I can see

Short code reads CVMA1

When I record the wav file for the prompt for the entry point, it records fine.
When I try to play it back to the extension, I get an Information box that reads "There was a problem connecting to the COM object:

try then renaming the module and short code, I have seen that in the past.

Just did.
when I dial the short code from the extension, it plays the recorded name from the extension I recorded the wav file from
If I insert a wav file rather than recording it, same issue.

Do you have a huntgroup or user with the name CVMA1 ?

Try this copy all of your module call flows to a short code on the voicemail pro, so create a new short code in lieu of a module and make sure the name is CVMA1, and then retest.

The only thing named CVMA1 is the vm pro module

I have both renamed and recreated short codes on the vm pro and have the same issue.
