We are using VM Pro version 6.1 (16).

In Auto Attendant we have a menu that propose a choice 2 that goes to a hunt group. But I want to block anyone who would try to dial the extension 2XXX.

Any ideas on how I can do it. I've try with a condition test Condition and it's not working. Not sure on what Touch Tone to use. 2???

It turns out that you dial 1 digit before you dial 4 digits so a caller would not have the opportunity to enter four digits if it is not offered as a selection on the same menu.

If you were to try to trap for 4 digits starting with 2 then 2??? is the way to go. You can then compare $KEY
