Hello Pros,

IP Office and VMPro 9.1.6. I am trying to upload a wav file to a user's mailbox greeting, but can't get it done. I am familiar with the wav file formatting and have done this for modules and mailbox names, but never mailbox greetings. I am going to the VM folder/Greetings folder and loading my wav file to that folder. I have named the wav file the user's name followed by _1. Even though I deleted the old greeting wav file, it's still playing the old greeting. Any help is appreciated.

Check in the Intuity.txt file if that is the correct getting that is active.
Or should have a32 beside the greeting 1.

Where do you find the intuity.txt file? I can get in the user Accounts, find the user but don't see any intuity file. Also, where would the a32 be? would it be username_1a32?

Control Panel, Folder Options, View tab, check "Show hidden files, folders, or drives", and I like to UNcheck "Hide extensions for known file types"

I've never seen a greeting wav ending in _1a32, but if Greeting No. 1 has been recorded, you will see username_1.wav, OR, if you just put a file in there where there was none before, the user needs to go in and ACTIVATE greeting No. 1

Thanks. We ended up just logging into the mailbox over the phone and recording it that way.
