VM Pro upgrade

I just upgraded IP office and VM pro to the latest. Following the VM upgrade the VM server indicates

21:58:24 - 10.5.1.16 - Awaiting load of config, access to voice mail denied.

Any ideas?

Check that the VM Pro password is not set via the Voicemail Pro Client under preferences.
