Hello,

Trying to upgrade from 9.0.11.0 on Server 2008 to R10.0.7.

It obviously detects the old install when running the new. I am unfamiliar with the licensing process for VM Pro... Are there license upgrades I need? I sent AVAYA my License file and upgraded my whole IP office from R9.0.11 to R10, so not sure if there is something else I need to do... Obviously do not want to knock people off for an unlicensed deployment.

Thanks in advance everyone.

Late in the day and was having a brain fart... Is this all I need?

You should be good to go. Just remember to export call flows and back up wav files. The most common problem I have had is the call flows work, but you can't see them in the app.
