IPO connected with Definity using IP-line.

In VM Pro I create the simplest module.

start -> Speak text -> Transfer
point

I create transfer to hunt-group. When call comes from Definity, IPOs telephone starts ringing and disconnection suddenly happens.
It doesn`t spread to local calls or when I create transfer to separate user.

Is it problem with VM or with me? %(
Waiting for advise!

Looks like a problem in the link between IPO and Definity.
Can you do it manually from a extension on the IPO?
If you cannot then check the connection between both systems, if you can then it seemd to be a problem in VM Pro.
I cannot help you on any of both, i know nothing of Definity and if its the VM Pro then contact Avaya.

I don`t think that problem in the link.
Of course I can do transfer manually.

Try using a menu between the speak and tfer.

Make it blank with a timeout of 1 sec. This should resolve the issue.

Thanks a lot. Yes, it really works, but I don`t understand why. LambMan, can you explain me?

ha ha, menu didn`t solve the problem. Only transfer to users works but not to the hunt-groups.

IP403 version 2.1(15)
VM Pro - 2.1(14)

at least you are half way there
Upgrade the IPO to V2.1(27)!
Vm Pro V2.1.14 is at least a stable release.

V2.1(15) is BAD, i doubt that anyone here would even atempt to look at problems on this level of firmware without upgrading 1st.
