VM Pro send the left messages to the caller mailboxes

Dear experts,

When internal users dial other internal ext numbers and leave messages, the VMPro send the messages to the caller mailbox?? Any quick fix before I start digging

Disable to VMailbox is you dont want them to have VMail.

OR do you mean when dialing from ext XXX to ext XXX the call goes immediately to vmail box?

Please provide more info such as system make, model, firmware version, phone type, etc.

there might be a custom leave point (wrongly) created in VmPro but like RodneyMcSnow said describe in more detail please

It even happens on internal calls ext to ext rings 3 times normally; however, when it covers to the VM the message is left on the caller Mailbox and the MWI indicator goes on only on the caller side .. No custom leave point though..
