Hi
Haha, I don't even know how to describe this silly matter in a good way.
I have a customer with a deskphone answering calls from important customers. She is the only one answering calls in that huntgroup. (She speaks a certain language).
She has another phone (dect) that her co-workers use to contact her internally and externally so they don't keep the customers queuing when she might just be talking to her dad.
The deskphone and the dect has two completly different numbers and has nothing to do with eachother. The customer is very happy with this solution except she doesn't want the dect to ring if she's busy in the deskphone.
Is it possible to somehow in vmpro check if the deskphone is busy before it starts ringing on the dect-phone?
Ps. She doesn't want twinning, she doesn't manually want to mute the dect or enable DND. She just want it to work
