Got a really annoying one here - I can solve different parts of the problem very easily...but I can't get them to all work together!
Basically a customer turned on VM on one of their hunt groups recently. All fine - people are leaving messages no problem now. However, they now want users to only leave a VM after 80 seconds if all agents are busy.
Now after thinking of different ways to do this, I thought the best way would be to turn on queuing, and only place the callers in the queue after 80secs, then create a leave VM action for that group within VM Pro - so as soon as they enter the queue, they leave a VM. That's fine, however, of course, during those 80 secs they won't have MOH.
So, the next choice is to place them in the queue immediately, and have "queued" and "still queued" start points configured. They don't want any queue announcements, only MOH, so in the "queued" start point, I simply added a 0 length generic action, and so get MOH back immediately for the next 20 seconds. I'm now at my "still queued" start point and just trying to find a way I can keep them in the queue for another 60secs or so, just listening to MOH and then have a leave mail action. Maybe I'm going about this in a very complicated route, but I can't find another way of doing it! If there was a MOH action there wouldn't be a problem - but with no queue announcements, how can I get the caller to be given the mailbox automatically!!
Any help/suggestions would be appreciated!
Cheers.
